I have had pets in my house ever since I was born. From dogs, cats, birds, turtles, ferrets, lizards, fish, you name it! I have also taken care of friends and family’s pets many times with no issues. Additionally, I worked at Petco where I became a dog trainer. Although it was for a short time since I moved away for college, these skills have still stuck with me and I’d be happy to work with your dog or cat if you are interested! Over the years, I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters where I cared for/walked all the dogs and cared for the cats. Another transferable experience is my internship at the Endangered Wolf Center on the animal care team. Although it was for wolves, foxes, and a cute Opossum named Sawyer, I learned how to feed precise diets every day and care for them by observing their behaviors closely.
