I'm a 20 year old student at UCSD. I've had my Siberian husky for about a year now and it's been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. Raising him has made me more responsible and mindful of even things outside of taking care of dogs. Huskies have the reputation of being a high maintenance breed with their high energy and stubbornness. Having a husky requires a lot of patience, but with a lot of effort any dog can become a great companion. I enjoy taking care of and bonding with dogs; I'm available 7 days a week and any time of the day usually works for me. Raising my dog this past year has taught me how to handle dogs by gaining their trust and building a fun relationship.
