Pet care experience
We both grew up with dogs and have also had dogs as valued members of our own family for 30+ years. We've also taken good care of dogs belonging to other friends and family members for holiday breaks. Sadly, our last dog (Lucky) of 17yrs passed away a few years ago and has not yet been replaced.

Ava has had her first 'holiday' at Brian's and she has been very well looked after. We have had plenty of pictures and a video showing she was well cared for and happy. We will have no hesitation in booking Ava in again. She does have anxiety in being left but clearly she had settled in well and her needs catered for. Many thanks to you both.
Lovely couple, we felt very comfortable leaving our dog Cooper for a few days, communication was fantastic with regular photo of cooper on walks and sleeping. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you once again.
Brian was a great host to our dog Annie, she felt right at home and settled in immediately. Brian was very responsive and great at giving us updates and sending us pictures. We could tell all of Annie's needs were being met and she was having a great time being spoiled. We will be booking again 😊
Superb! It was Lottie's first stay with Brian, she had a wonderful time. From my initial enquiry to pick up Brian communicated promptly, answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. During the day he sent photos and gave updates on their adventures. He listened and took time to get to know Lottie and her individual needs. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely book again.

We live at the end of a quiet road with a good size secure lawned rear garden with tall fences and gate, so a dog will get as much fresh air as they want as well as their walking needs.

A typical day
Love to play with dogs, throwing balls and generally playing with toys. We have access to woods and countryside nearby, so plenty of places and loads of smells for your dog to enjoy on walks.

I work two days a week part time from home now so have plenty of time to look after a dog at home, both during the day and overnight. We have specified that we will look after dogs in the Small, Medium and Large categories set by Rover. However, the Large category is very wide from 18kg - 45kgs and we are only really wanting to consider having dogs up to a maximum of 32kgs
