I grew up on a farm with 4 dogs and several cats. I enjoyed petting and brushing and combing them. I loved to walk the dogs and sing to them or tell them a story, softly. The animals I cared for responded to my gentle, but firm tone. I made animals feel comfortable and happy. I fed and watered them as instructed by their owners. I have cared for pets of my neighbors for years and watered their plants and stayed at their homes. My love of animals has always been a part of my life. References available upon request.
