We boarded our dog for a month and the experience did not meet our expectation at all. In our first meeting, Brian seemed ok with our dog and told us that he was capable of handling her. We understand there is much uncertainty when it comes to dog, but we did not feel comfortable when we saw how frustrated he was when our dog made a mistake on their rug. We did pay for the rug (and chewed shoes) at the end as requested. We had to constantly ask for update and only received few photos throughout the entire month. When we went to pick up our dog, Brian brought her out, didn't even say bye to her and just went into the house. Very awkward. That indicates what kind of relationship he had with our dog and how our dog was treated. We also found out she has an eye infection on her eye but was never notified. We noticed it(very visible) when we picked her up but was so fed up that didn't even bother to ask why they didn't notify us. We tried to be nice to them as much as possible since we really cared about our dogs wellbeing but would say that this was the worst Rover experience we've had.

Brian was amazing with our dog. He was just like us and kept my dog as a part of his family. I will for sure be using Brian’s services in future . He went out of his way for many things.
