I graduated this May from Penn State University with a degree in education. I have plenty of experience with various types and sizes of dogs being that I have grown up around dogs and other pets. My family currently has a medium sized dog, two turtles, and a parakeet. I constantly surround myself with my pets because I love having them around. My entire family takes care of our pets on a daily basis to make sure they are living a healthy and happy lifestyle. I have a lot of background in caring for friend's and other family member's pets while on vacation, day trips, etc. I am very outgoing, energetic, and caring. I am sure your pet will have a great experience staying at my home for any length of time! **About my home/services** I live in a row home in the northeast Philadelphia area. We are a corner lot so we have a decent size yard for your dog to explore and play. I also take my dog on daily walks to a nearby park so she can have fun playing in an area outside of the home. My backyard is fully fenced and locked. I always ensure that our yard is locked and attended to while our pets are outdoors. In the home, our dog roams free throughout the house, and she is permitted to sit and sleep on our furniture, beds, etc. My rates are $20 for one day visits, and $30 per night for lengthier visits. Your dog will be treated like one of our own with love and care from everyone. **About my neighborhood** My neighborhood is very safe and dog friendly. My street is very quiet, warm, and welcoming. There are fields nearby my house where I walk my dog on a daily basis throughout the summer. **What to expect** I love being outdoors so your dog will be ensured plenty of time outdoors to play and have fun. I love being active so I often bring my own dogs on my walks/runs. In the home, we have plenty of dog toys to occupy dogs throughout their visits, and my siblings and I will be engaged with the dog. **Special rules or requests** I do not have any preferences on types of dogs. We do prefer small or medium size dogs, but I am more than willing to take in a larger dog! My family does ask that the dog is potty trained. If the dog has a specific type of food, please bring it. Also, if you prefer that your dog sleeps in a crate, please bring that also.
