Bri did such a wonderful job with my pups. I had to have my older, blind dog’s eyes removed the day before Bri’s arrival and she didn’t hesitate about taking care of her post-surgery. She was super communicative and kept me updated throughout the weekend. I would hire Bri again in a heartbeat!!

this was the worst booking i’ve experienced through Rover, for myself & my kitties. we booked Bri for an in house sitting as our two senior cats get very lonely when we’re away for holiday. after one night in the house i was made aware that her whole family (partner and two small children) stayed in our home - without our knowledge or permission. this felt super violating and honestly alarming because if something happened to any of them, we’d be liable for it. on top of that, our shy cat Cheeto, didn’t come out at all because she’s terrified of children. after logging onto my ring & seeing what was going on - Cheeto went without food/water/treats for over 12 hours, she didn’t even come from hiding at night. after canceling our stay through Rover & getting our key back, we got a new sitter to check in on the cats the next day. i figured because we keep their food out all day, along with a water bowl & dripping water (Bri made sure this happened when returning the key) they would be okay for a stretch until someone could pop over. unfortunately Cash was left locked upstairs and didn’t have access to anything either for about 12 hours as well. i feel sad for my pets - the whole purpose of this app is to ensure their safety and care while we’re away and it’s clear that it didn’t happen within the 24 hours Bri was in charge. at the end of the day, honesty would have gone a long way with me but unfortunately i am left to feel mortified at how my cats were treated as well as my home. not the vibes
