It seems like my dog did okay, but I think it is worth mentioning that I never met Bri, only her husband who met me on the curb at drop off and pick up. I never saw the space my dog was spending time in. I did not receive updates unless I asked for them, so I am unsure what my dog was doing during the day or how they were spending their time. When I picked up my dog he was noticeably thinner and Bri’s husband mentioned he didn’t eat much. I would have loved to know this information so I could help guide them or send someone to get him, however I never learned this until I picked him up. I messaged Bri and received no response as to why my dog wasn’t eating or any more information. The lack of communication and inconsistency about who was caring for my dog makes me hesitant to rebook. Three stars for allowing me flexibility when running late from the airport.
