Patience is the #1 skill to have when dealing with anything. Yourself, people, dogs, anything! For me, caring for dogs is more of a stress reliever than an occupation. Dogs are like babies. They’re cute and cuddly but they need lots of attention. They need food, water, playtime and LOVE. When people say "it's just a dog" those words don't sit well with me. Dogs are living creatures with emotions and needs. So no living being is "just" anything. Food and Water based on their schedule? Check. Walks as long as their legs can handle? Check. Out of this world belly rubs? Check! When our time together is over, I make sure to leave your fur baby as comfortable as possible and let them know when you’ll be home :P Before departure, I always leave a detailed note about me and your fur baby's time spent together.
