Pet care experience
I personally have a 3 year-old german shepherd and Siberian husky mix, but I love all dogs. Dogs have always been a large part of my life even before I had my own. I will provide any and all dogs with the as much energy and compassion as I do with my own. My pup, Aspen, and I enjoy taking frequent hikes on local trails. If we’re not out walking/hiking, then the backyard is the next stop, because we have a large fenced in yard. Here, we can train, play, and just run around. During the warmer months, we enjoy going to Jacob’s Island dog park for some swimming. I promise that any dog I have the pleasure of caring for will never have a dull moment with me.

I would like to know if there is any prior experiences where the dog may have acted out or been in an altercation with another dog, regardless of the instigator. I am able to handle aggressive dogs, but a heads up is always appreciated. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any special services I may need to provide for the animal, so that I may be adequately prepared the day of visiting.
A typical day
I love staying active, so I would take the dogs I care for on long walks around the neighborhood, hike with them on local trails, such as Blue Mountain, which I visit regularly, and take them to the park during the warmer parts of the year!

Availability
I am currently a student, but I am available for drop-ins and walks Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I always walk in the morning between 30-90 minutes depending on the day, a short walk in the early afternoon, and another longer walk in the evening.
