Hello! My name's Brett, and I’m a songwriter, producer, and lover of animals. While I am new to this app, I have been involved in pet care for more than five cumulative years. The services I provide include dog walking, daytime visits, and housesitting. I grew up with six guinea pigs and a parakeet, so I have a soft spot for rodents and birds. As a middle schooler, every week I would bike to my neighbor’s house to take care of their menagerie (2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 horses, fish, and a parrot). From there, I worked with a dog walking company in Madison, WI for a couple of years before I did some freelance housesitting. Over the past five years, I have grown a huge affinity toward cats and dogs. I’m currently living with two adorable Guinea pigs named Yuna (the brown/white one) and Rikku (the white mohawk one). I also regularly look after my neighbor’s three cats. I have a gentle personality and love to cuddle with pets. Being a singer-songwriter, if your pet doesn't mind being serenaded by mellow fingerpicking folk music (think Paul Simon x Gregory Alan Isakov), I would love to do so! Some of the reactions I've had from pets in the past have been priceless. One dog howled with me when I went into falsetto! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
