Pet care experience
I’ve cared for pets my entire life- I grew up taking care of them and now have one of my own! I have experience as a volunteer at APA (Austin Pets Alive) socializing and training dogs, and ran a pet and house-sitting business throughout high school. I’m comfortable with any dog breed and size. I can reinforce training/tricks or simply play fetch! I can also go on a run with your pup or take it to the park for some exercise.

Brett has a true passion for caring for others. From high school onward, he volunteered with Austin Pets Alive to train dogs and work with rescues who needed a little extra attention. He has years of pet-sitting experience, from cats to dogs to turtles and more. You will not find a harder working or more attentive person for all of your pet-sitting needs! Your furry friends are in safe and capable hands with him.
There are very few people I trust to take care of my little ball of energy Sadie and Brett would be one of those people! Sadie loves whenever she gets to hang out with Brett and the two of them have a special bond. Very reliable and loves all animals.
Brett is a loving young man with a huge heart. As a student receiving his doctorate in medicine in May, he has shown a commitment to the health and well-being of humans. His love and concern for people overflows to the animal world as well. He has taken care of my animals for years and he is a fabulous cat dad himself. He is a responsible person who can be trusted to take care of beloved pets and I would hire him in a minute!

A typical day
I think it’s incredibly important to give a dog real interaction every day. We will play games, go to the park, play with toys, go sniff trees, or just cuddle up on the couch- whatever they’re looking to do!

I’m currently a 4th year medical student at TCOM here in Fort Worth trying to earn a few bucks to avoid taking out more student loans. Due to my funky rotation/interview schedule, I may be available at that weird time you need someone! Im also available most evenings and weekends.
