I've owned dogs ever since I was a child, so I can absolutely take care of your pup! I grew up with a black lab and a pitbull, but I've also watched family members' and friends' dogs countless times over the years. I'm familiar with different styles of leashes and harnesses so that your pet will be the most comfortable. On walks, I'll make sure your furry friend has the best time ever! Whether it's the smallest French Bulldog or the biggest Great Dane, I'm comfortable with any type of dog. No matter what, I promise to have the most PAW-some time with your pet! Also, I am fully vaccinated and take utmost precautions when it comes to health and safety. My availability is best 6am-8am and after 6pm-10pm Monday through Friday and then I am usually available all day Saturday & Sunday. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! When I go on walks with your furry friends, unless noted otherwise, I always make sure there were no accidents in the common area prior to arrival, I put on their leash/harness as needed, always lock your doors, and make sure they have enough water once I return. You and your pet's trust and comfort is my #1 concern!

STAY AWAY. Brent watched our 2 dogs while out of town and he left them alone for 14 consecutive hours 2 nights in a row. The only reason we found out about this is because our security camera. He spent the night at his place both nights even though we asked him to sleep at our place since our 1 dog gets very anxious, and he confirmed that he would. He clearly cared much more about taking pictures of our dogs than actually taking care of them.
We are so happy and grateful to have had Brent watch our dogs. This was the first time we had someone stay with the dogs in our home, and Brent did an amazing job! One of our dogs is a little anxious about new people and she quickly warmed up to Brent. He gave us daily descriptive updates with cute photos and videos. He was always responsive and detailed. He followed all of our directions exactly. Our apartment was very clean when we got home, cleaner than when we left! He really went above and beyond. Thanks Brent!
Brent went above and beyond in his loving and careful treatment of my puppy. I gave him very detailed instructions that he followed to a T. In return, he left me very detailed notes on the walk, which I enjoyed reading and which really speaks to how much he cares. He even stayed and played with my dog afterwards, which was completely unnecessary but a great touch that I appreciate (and I’m sure the pug did too!) It can be nerve-wracking inviting strangers into your home, but I’ll definitely be using Brent again after such a great experience.

I love making sure that your dog has fun! Whether is a highly active dog that I can jog a few blocks with or a senior dog that finds joy playing with their favorite toy at home, I want them to get the attention they need while you are away. During longer stays or housesitting, I love to take them for drives (with the owner's permission) to the lakefront trail to get extra-long, scenic routes. Other than that, I will always take photos of us having a paw-some time for you to see at the end!
