I am an animal lover at my core. I understand what it means to have a pet that means the world to you. It’s not easy to trust someone else to take care of them when you can’t be there. All you want is someone who will walk, play, and send you tons of pictures of them - knowing they are being loved. I get it! My animals mean the world to me and this has given me the appreciation for a pet sitter that goes the extra steps to put my mind at ease when I am not at home with them. When you hire me for pet care, you will get pictures sent to you (and often videos) of our excursions so you know they are safe and happy. I will love em' up just like they are my own. A little about me… Growing up on a farm as a child, I have had animals my entire life! Dogs, cats, pigs, horses, goats just to name a few. Currently we have a kitty named Honey and she is a sweetheart. I have fallen in love with her and spoil her just as much as our two dogs Tucker and Ches. I am married to my wife of 23 years and I have one daughter and two sons. My two oldest are at college in Dublin, Ireland (I know, crazy right!) but my youngest is a freshman at Lake Norman High School and also a true animal lover (the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.) I would love to help you! I am available for walks, drop-ins, or general pet care. And the best news is… With me, you’ll get great communication and someone you can rely on. I am quick to reply (which I appreciated when I hired pet sitters on this very platform) and I show up when I say I will so you don’t have to worry. How does it work… 1. Message me for a meet and greet. I prefer to do a meet and greet with your pets so that I can meet your loved ones and get to know a lay of the land beforehand. 2. Start booking times that you need care. Outside of taking my son to and from school, I should be available. Last minute scheduling is typically not a problem if you’re in a bind, just reach out. 3. Feel at ease! Sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation, day trip, or work event because I’ve got your furry friends covered.
