Brent is my son. He grew up in a house that has kept 2 German Shepherds, a Rottweiler, a Bouvier, A Boerboel, 3 Bassett Hounds, and 3 mixed breeds. Some were purchased as puppies and some were rescued. We have also had at least 10 cats and a flock of chickens along with other assorted pets. I trained the shepherds, bouvier, and rottweiler in schutzhund (obedience, tracking, and protection) with Brent present at many of the training sessions. In short, Brent knows how to act around dogs and treat them properly. He currently has his own pet Labradoodle which he has trained quite well. Brent knows positive reinforcement is the primary way to train dogs. He is very good around all animals because he has been exposed to many throughout his life. I am sure he would take excellent care of other people's pets.
