Pet care experience
I took care of my mom’s 2 big dogs for 10 years. Bathed them weekly, walked them daily, took them to the dog park & the vet, cleaned their ears, gave them medicine if needed. I have had my cat, Darcy, for 9 years, since she was 5 months old.

I have experience with fostering puppies, and I have a middle-aged cat at home. Unfortunately, I can no longer offer overnights since having to move this past summer.

It’s important to know whether a dog has been socialized to be around other dogs and people as well as if the dog has a history of biting. Dogs who bite can definitely be trained not to bite, but it’s helpful to know their history beforehand. Any medical issues is important info as well.
A typical day
If your dog is able, I’ll take them to any of the Bywater parks and the dog park at Crescent Park. My daughter is 14 and we’d love to play fetch, frisbee, and tug o war with your dog. We also love cats and will be happy to give them cuddles when you’re away.

Availability
I’m a part-time law student, and I enjoy walking through the neighborhood daily. I’d love to take your dog for a walk with me. I’m available most mornings to drop in and check on your cat or dog while you’re at work too. Sometimes all a dog needs to stop being destructive at home alone is to have a little attention during the day! I can provide that for you!
