Pet care experience
I am a dog mommy of a medium 11.5 year old pit mix, Roxy, and bonus parent to a 7 year old corgi mix. I love all dogs and have family with everything from a Chihuahua (with no teeth) to a dopey Great Dane named after prince George. I have babysat all of their dogs and love to play outside with them. I like to run and hike with my dogs and we like to be silly together. She is getting older (11 years old) so she is not as active as she once was. I'm an educator, so my own pup is used to me being gone during the day, but because of holidays and summers I'm also free frequently. My own dog in the past struggled with stubborness and reactivity, so I know how to work with stubborn dogs and easy going dogs of all sorts. I have also worked with geriatric dogs and know what a struggle it can be when dogs are getting into old age.

I am available to come to your home with one of my dogs if your dog needs some company. I also have transportation for taking your pet to the beach, river, or parks. I am happy to run, walk, or just hang out with your pets.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs to Regan Beach and let them swim and play. There are also great hiking spots I go with the pups. I also have a senior dog that likes to swim but isn't so great on land anymore, so I am comfortable with dogs that need some assistance to be active. I have Frisbee and balls and can take talks to local parks as well.

Availability
As an educator I work Monday through Friday (most weeks) during the day, and am home evenings, but have extensive availability weekends and holidays. My schedule can be somewhat flexible
