I just moved to Chicago back in September and I have been watching animals for over 3 years. As an animal lover I figured watching people’s pets would help keep me from getting one in college and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. I absolutely love this job and I pride myself on treating your pups/cats the way you would. I have experience with dogs as small as 4 pounds and as big as 165. I’m happy to board your pup, stay at your place with them, walk them, or just watch them for the day. I’m happy to provide references and schedule a meet and greet. I look forward to being your pet sitter!

Brendan was great with our 7-month-old puppy! It was our first time using Rover and he ensured we were comfortable and had a great experience. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions and gave us updates while we were away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sitter!
Brendan did a great job with Renard. He was very communicative and easy to work with. Renard is an anxious dog but Brendan was able to handle him and put him at ease. Would definitely use Brendan again for my dog sitting needs
We felt like our pets were happy and well taken care of while we were away and that gave us peace of mind. I think they might’ve even been a little spoiled ?
He was fantastic! I never have to worry when Brendan watches our pups. We got pictures/videos daily and he shared little goofy moments. He let me know if happened. I can’t recommend him enough.

When the weather is nice, I’m big on taking pups to the park (Lincoln Park is a block from me). When the weather sucks I like to at least play with toys/throw a ball/whatever your dogs favorite activity is.

I want to make sure I can do everything necessary to take care of your pet just as well as you would. I have experience with blind and deaf animals, as well as many other specific scenarios. I’m happy to accommodate whatever you need!
A typical day
Every dog is different, so I match my energy to the dog. Last week, I had a dog stay with me that wanted to play fetch for hours so we did. Another just wanted to sleep so we took long walks and I pet her a lot on the couch. With the park right outside, I’m in the perfect spot to take them on long walks.
