Although it's safe to say that almost everyone loves puppies, I do not have an age or breed preference. Before I dog-sit, I would like to know the sex, age, breed, and general temperament of the dog, as well as their ease (or unease) around strangers, since I will initially be a stranger to them.

Depending on the dog's personality will determine where we will walk. If the dog is wary of strangers and other dogs, then perhaps a quiet park would be best. If the dog is very friendly, and/or a puppy, then he or she will go on walks where they can watch various people. We will play many mind stimulating games, and make sure that the dog receives necessary socialization skills, with the owner's consent.
