Pet care experience
I have loved animals, especially dogs, my entire life and have had a pet in my home for over 30 years. My pets are my kids with paws and have ranged from a tea-cup Yorkie to a Rhodesian Ridgeback size.

Brenda was a jewel! I am pretty particular about a pet sitter for our Lexi, but when I met Brenda I knew she would be fabulous with her. We felt very confident that our instructions would be followed as far as Lexi’s care and also very comfortable with Brenda taking care of our house. Everything was perfect! I look forward to having Brenda again!

Rumi; Chocolate Lab and Pointer mix who suffers from trauma and cowards when he hears a loud truck, especially a garbage truck. Our family has patiently worked with him to help him overcome his fears and in the past year or so he has finally started behaving like a happy dog and it has been wonderful to witness. Animals are well loved in and outside of our home. I am a Reiki Practitioner with specific training in animal reiki. Animals love reiki and will only take it when they want it. Rumi, my boy with trauma issues, asks for reiki everyday. He loves it and we know it was crucial in helping him overcome some of his issues. Check out my photos to see animals both asking for and receiving reiki. I do offer reiki to all animals and they will either take it or leave it.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors during their walks, or any times. Do they only prefer a certain area or walking path? How are they when they come upon another dog or person on the walk? Is there a must have toy?
A typical day
Dogs love to run and play. So, back yards and parks are always a fun time to be had by all. Does you dog have a special park she/he likes to go and play? What about a favorite toy?

I currently have 3 dogs: Oakley; Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. Rumi; a Chocolate Lab mix. Ali; a Rat Terrier. Since I do not work out of the home I have the flexibility to provide care for your fur babies.
