I'm a semi retired medical professional whose had my own dogs for almost 13 yrs. I've rescue 3 dogs one of which was a puppy mill dog. My dogs are not just dogs but also my "children ". They are treated as members of my family because they are. All my babies are completely up on their shots and are vetted regularly. Because of my former fur baby I've become an expert at oral med administration . My own dogs are groomed regularly and brushed at least 2x a week. They even have their own stockpile of coats ,sweaters and rain gear. I have no problem with them getting regular walks as they get 4 daily walks along with yard play time. I would take care of your baby as if their my own.
