Pet care experience
Caring for animals in any capacity is my calling. I work at Brodie Animal Hospital, where I couldn't be happier. I won't just be your pet sitter, I'll be your own personal Vet Tech! Your dog needs subcutaneous fluids? Handled. Medication every 8 hours? Got it! Have a puppy who is not yet potty trained? I will make sure the little bundle of joy is walked frequently. Put your trust in someone you know cares deeply for their profession, and for your pets! Beyond being able to care for any of their medical ailments. I will be here to provide tender, loving care for your pup. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with dogs and getting to know them. Do they love fetch? So do I! Would they rather snuggle on the couch? I'm the best snuggle buddy in town. My biggest priority is that your dog has a safe and fun stay. I'm able to keep an eye out for potential health issues and can tell when a dog is uncomfortable. Their health and safety is my number one! No matter the size of the dog/cat, no matter what their age, I would love to be your go to caretaker for you and your animals.

Do not book. Nightmare. Meet and greet seemed great. I flew out thinking my dog and house were in good hands...i couldn't have been more wrong. She never showed up to my house, and ever worse, lied to me saying she was there. My wifi garage door opener never said it opened (I gave her the code to get in the house), despite her telling me she was "obsessed with this dog and he never leaves her side." My neighbors confirmed nobody had been to the house. So for over 24 hours my dog was alone in the house, with no food, no bathroom breaks, probably thinking I abandoned him. I finally got ahold of a friend to go check on him and stay at the house so I didn't have to cut my trip short. Total nightmare. I finally called her out on it, and she admitted it with apologies saying her mom was sick and she shouldn't have taken the gig. Little too late for sorry. I don't understand how someone who is a vet tech can do this to an animal. Do not book under any circumstance.
As a new pup owner, I was a little nervous about who would take care of Louie while I was traveling. I hired Brenan to house sit for a little over a week and couldn't be happier. We had a quick meeting prior to discuss feeding, medications, and overall care. While I was gone, she sent photos and videos and kept me in the loop with how we was doing. I felt completely at ease and came home to a happy healthy puppy. I'm so thankful and would absolutely recommend Brenan to anyone looking for a sitter or walker.
Our experience with Brenan was hands down the best so far! She was super communicative, clearly has a gift when it comes to animals, and our rescue pup was super happy when we arrived home. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Here in Austin, there are many dog parks we could adventure to. We could hike at the greenbelt or take a stroll around your neighborhood. With your permission-and if your pup enjoys it--I'd be happy to take them for a nice car ride! When we aren't out and about exploring, we'll be relaxing at home.
