Pet care experience
I’ve pet sit for friends multiple times including small and large dogs and cats. I am diabetic so i’m not afraid of needles or providing injections to animals. I trained my former roommates cat (yes, cat) to sit, give paw, and meow on command. He loves treats. I’m pretty chill as far as energy goes so high energy dogs would be more challenging for me for multiple days. I’m currently working from home and can provide house sitting, drop-in, and pet walking services. I treat your pets like they’re my own because I love animals and they bring me a lot of peace.

Brelynn is the absolute best. She is wonderful with my two Boston terriers. She’s my go-to person for dog sitting, walking, and drop in visits. I love that she sends me plenty of pictures of the dogs while we are away. She’s always so attentive to them and sends me updates of how they’re doing, which always feels good to know while you’re out and about or away on vacation.

Pet safety is mainly preventative. I rely on my customers to provide me with accurate information about their dogs behavior so that I can keep them safe. I will not walk your dog off leash or use a retractable leash. I prefer to use positive reinforcement (treats) so they are eager and happy to listen. I will not introduce your dog to other dogs. I will not take them to a dog park where they can run off leash unless I am specifically told they can go into a dog park.

It’s helpful to know your dogs precise schedule so it’s an easier transition for them. Let me know drop off and pick up times Medical needs or behavior that would cause me enough concern to call you (like seizures) Is your dog allowed to have treats? What kind? What commands do they understand? How long are they able to walk?
A typical day
I love to do treat training with them and teach them tricks, let them run freely in your backyard or local dog park, or will play with them and their favorite toys. I am a big cuddler too so they can sleep with me, if allowed, and get plenty of pets and kisses. When I need some time to myself or to complete a task I like to give them something like a long with peanut butter or a treat that takes a while to be chewed.

Availability
Since I work from home, I have a lot of flexibility as far as caring for your pets during the day time hours. Sometimes I cannot accommodate exact times depending on my schedule for the day, but usually I can come within an hour of the requested time. I will communicate this to you so that you’re aware.
