I am the VP for a local giant breed dog rescue. We have fostered over 200 dogs and have extensive behavior and medical experience. We understand the stress that comes a new environment and plan to help ease with walks and lots of one on one time. We are lucky enough to work from home so your pup won’t be alone very often. We do have 2 kids under 8. They are great with dogs (mostly ignore them!) and we have strict rules about their behavior but at the end of the day they are kids so we require your pup be ok with that. We have 1 dog if our own. Dillon a 5 yr old English Mastiff. He is a rescue and like other dogs. After initial introductions he usually just does his own thing and happily co-exists. He is not a big player but is an excellent napper! We prefer our visiting dog friends to be spayed or neutered.
