Hi there! I've grown up with dogs my whole life I currently have three that live back home with my parents. I am a student at UVic. I spent 1.5 years working a a doggy daycare/kennel and have plenty of experience with all dogs from puppies to seniors! I have house-sit dogs and cats for multiple people over the years. I like to hike so if you have an outdoorsy dog we'd go for lots of adventures! I also have experience giving medication of all kinds and caring for pets that need some extra help in their day to day.

My current residence does not allow pets so I can only house sit for the time being. I am happy to follow your house rules and am I respectful guest. I am tidy and try to leave spaces cleaned that I found them. I will ensure that your pet is happy and healthy at all times. I don't drink or smoke either.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or medication I should be aware of. I have no problem providing some extra love and attention! Also let me know if they have trouble with strangers and need a slow approach or if there's any other behavioural quirks I should be aware of.
A typical day
I love to hike and be outside so your dog and I will be able to have lots of adventures together! My favourite place to hike is the Thetis Lake trails. We can cuddle up together and watch movies too if your dog has a slower, softer side. I have a car and can go to dog parks to get your pup some socialization and get some fetch in. When I walk a dog, I like to let them lead the way. I believe it's important to let a dog sniff around as it provides mental stimulation.

I am a casual employee and full time student at UVic. Most of my classes are in the morning so I have the rest of the day to spend with your furry friend!
