Bri was staying at my house to watch my dog while I was gone for about 18 days. I was able to pop back home for a few minutes about 4 days before the end of my booked service. I’m glad I was able to. In the time that she was here, she lost my house key, fed my dog chicken broth that was never refrigerated after opening, the dog bowl was crusted with old dog food indicating it was never cleaned, the dog’s water bowl was full of cloudy water, and she left my dryer lint trap looking like a wool blanket. To top it all off, she had two additional dogs here that I was not aware of. When I questioned her about it, she stated that they were her dogs. Her profile stated that she did not have any dogs of her own otherwise I’d have had no problem with her introducing her dogs to my dog No, I would not request services from Bri ever again. The only other sitter that I’ve used with Rover is the only reason I’d consider using Rover again. Upon highlighting some of these issues with Rover, the only thing said to me was that my concerns would be escalated and that Rover would get back in touch with me. No timeline was given for this but it’s been a week since I first notified Rover. That in itself makes me question Rover’s interest in customer service and customer issue resolution.

Breanna was a great dog-sitter and House-sitter while we were away. We will definitely look forward to having her stay with our sweet boy again in the future!
