Dogs are family for me! I would love to check on your dogs while you're away. For house sitting, please note that I don’t stay at the home overnight, instead I do a check in the morning, midday, and evening. I use Rover for my own dog-sitting needs, so I know how important it is to find someone who cares for your dog like you do. I love sending photos of your pup because I love receiving those photos too! My dog is a pitbull adopted from Dallas Animal Services. I went through heartworm treatment with him (and also my previous dog), so I’m experienced with the care process. We’re also going through dog manners classes, so I’m happy to help reinforce anything you’re working on with your pup. My last dog was a boxer/pitbull mix and I trained her in dog agility (we even did some competitions!) so I'm very familiar with clicker-based and reward training. I regularly care for my friend’s dogs that range from a tiny chihuahua, a toy and miniature poodle, a pitbull, a German Shepard mix, an English Sheepdog, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback. I have also cared for horses, so size is not an issue for me.
