I have experience of owning dogs on and off since the age of 8, thanks to my parents! I adopted my corgi terrier mix at her 9 week mark and she is approaching 6 years of age. My fur baby Callie is an absolute sweetheart that gets along with most dogs, outside of her feeding hours. No worries, I will keep them separate. I have been through the puppy stage with her and understand the challenges of teething and potty training. She mainly spends time lounging around, but she has no issues playing nice and running around with other pets in the backyard. I have also spent time watching other friends pets in the past five years, one which included a very well trained Rottweiler. I have done overnight stays and watching over weekends since I’m generally home during the weekends. I also have no issues completing home check-ins if your fur baby just needs someone to let them out to play and feed them. If your fur baby stays at my home, they are more than welcome to sit on the furniture. My fur baby prefers the recliner! Lastly, I would consider myself to be very attentive and caring, so if any issue arise during the stay or visits, you will be contacted immediately for us to determine the best course of action for your fur baby. I do have available crates, dog beds and toys if you are concerned about how your dog will spend their time relaxing or being entertained. My only ask that if you have a fur baby that deals with separation anxiety, the boarding may not be the best option, but I am more than willing to check on them at their home and take them for walks. This is because I live an active lifestyle and spend a couple of hours getting a workout in.
