Pet care experience
Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I learned at a very young age that dogs make the best friends. I started fostering for local rescue groups, taking in dogs and cats who didn't have anywhere else to go, and my passion for animals grew. I worked as a veterinary technician for two years, working with all pets from dogs to exotics. While I’ve moved multiple states since then and changed my full time career, my love for animals is still just as strong. My experience as a vet tech gives me the knowledge needed to know if your pet is unwell or just missing you. Enjoy your travels and know that your fur baby is happy and healthy in my care!

Bre took care of my bunny for a few days while I was out of town. Bre works with and has a lot of experience with small mammals and exotic pets so I was totally comfortable leaving Bun with her even though he is an old boy and gets medicine twice a day. Bre took great care of him and sent me regular updates about how he was doing. For his part, Bun was perfectly happy with his stay. :)
My family has a 10 year old boxer that is fairly needy. She gets anxious with most people and trusts very few. Bre Walzak is incredible with her! She has been helping my family care for Karma, our dog, for all of her life. Bre is extremely compassionate and her love for animals is amazing. She loves our fur baby like she is her own and is one of the only humans that Karma trusts. I recommend Bre to anyone that needs someone to love and care for their fur babies.
I have never had to worry about my two pets when Bre is around. I have used other people, and I found myself constantly wondering about my fur babies, but I feel at peace with Bre! I know my cat and dog are getting exactly what they need: food, water, taken outside, a walk, and most importantly, lots of love!

The typical day can vary greatly based on the dog! While I may take your energetic German Shepherd for a long walk and then play fetch, I’d have completely different activities planned for an older Maltese (cuddles on the couch perhaps?). I’d love to get to know your pup and plan the perfect day for them!
