Pet care experience
I have taken care of 4 dogs throughout my life, all of them lived more than 8 years and were given sometimes too much attention. Often times I would find myself prioritizing their well being over mine, but every pet owner understands the depth of a relationship with an animal you love. I understand the different types of dogs and how some are more aggressive or shy and that there isn’t a one size fits all approach. Every pet requires a different method of establishing friendship.

Braxton is a very nice and respectful man. He cares a lot about animals and wants to ensure they are safe and taken care of.
If I could describe Braxton in one word, I would say trustworthy. I’ve known him for quite a while, and he has always been on top of his game. He always make sure he has all of his duties lined up prior to doing anything else. If there is anyone I would trust my animals with, it’s definitely Braxton.

I live in the dorms so I could not bring them back to my room, but I enjoy driving so I can spend the day with your dog at the park. I also don’t mind grabbing dog food/treats from nearby stores and I understand the demands of caring for pets. My best friend was my old dog Rex. He was really hyper which seemed annoying at first, but then I realized that by trying to tame him, I forgot about the insignificant things that were bumming me out. Pets offer a sort of emotional care that I believe you can’t receive from anyone else.

Availability
I’m a full time college student but I usually have my nights open. I don’t have class on Friday and I only have a single class on Monday. I genuinely love hanging out with animals and the first thing on my bucket list is to open up a dog shelter with a strong outreach program so that pups can find loving homes.
