Pet care experience
I’ve had experience caring for and training dogs of various sizes, ages, and temperaments. I am able to feed, bathe, groom, and administer oral medication effectively and without creating unnecessary stress for either myself or the animal. What I love most, though, is running and playing with dogs. I have a blast learning their personalities and building a relationship with them!

Brandy has been taking care of my pets on and off for the last few years, whenever I go on vacation or need a sitter, she has always been perfect with my pets and they all love her! Works very well with reactive and fearful dogs, making sure to work with them at their pace, respect their boundaries, while maintaining control of our animals. I feel very safe leaving my pets in her care whether overnight or just for a play date! Our mixed terrier Lindsey is a reacue who suffers a lot of fear-based reactions meeting new people. Brandy took no issue with this, and their first meeting went great! Since then, Lindsey trusts Brandy so much and is elated when "her friend Brandy" comes over to babysit. I can't ask for anything better when it comes to my pets!
Before I moved to the area, Brandy would visit Gatsby and I in Kentucky. They have been absolutely wonderful with him from the very first meeting! Since moving in together, however, I have really been able to see Brandy's efforts shine. They have completely revamped the way Gatsby's diet and behavior management are handled. He has better nutritional support to meet his physical needs as a senior, stronger behavioral support to meet his temperament as an Old English Sheepdog, and a very best friend who holds him tight every single day. I would trust Brandy with any furry friend of mine!
Brandy is an animal lover through and through. They have helped to care for my pets and have done so with compassion and love. I had a sick Jack Russell who was suffering from lymphoma and Brandy was awesome in caring for my beloved pet. Brandy showed my dog love and support until his last days with a close eye on his condition and lots of love and comfort. I will be forever grateful for that. I have another dog that Brandy is very good with. Brandy plays with her and is attune to her needs. Brandy is able to identify when she wants to play, go outside, or has a medical concern. It is very nice having someone who is so loving, responsible, and communicative to help me care for my babies!!

I ask that my client discuss their dog’s overall temperament and preferences with me before trusting me with their pet. Every dog reacts differently to new people and new animals they may see out on walks. If I best know how your dog will react, I can be sure to care for them in a way that will keep us both safe and having fun! I would also like to be aware of any medical conditions or sensitivities so that I can be sure not to startle your pet or cause them discomfort in any way. Feel free to share any additional information that you feel may help me when I’m with your dog, such as favorite treats, toys, or places to go! I’m always eager to learn more about how to take care of your friend!
A typical day
There are various trails and parks by me that I enjoy bringing dogs to! My apartment complex also has a dog park if my client is comfortable with their dog romping around in a fenced in area. I also love playing fetch and tug, along with any other fun games your pet likes to play! If your dog knows tricks, I have training treats to encourage them to show me all they know! When all else fails, a belly rub and some ear scratches never go wrong!

I am currently between jobs and am available most of the time during the week to care for your pet. Weekends are a bit tricky for me at the moment as I work evenings, but I am more than willing to work my schedule around for you and your furry friend!
