Pet care experience
I was a travel nurse for years and relied heavily on the wonderful dog walkers that I found off of this site, so I wanted to join and provide service to folks who want to ensure that their best friends are well taken care of when they are away. I have a dog and cat and have had four legged friends all of my life, and couldn't imagine being without them. I know how important it is to have good people to trust to look after them. I am currently working on a course to provide chronic care manager nursing to folks from home, so my schedule is fairly flexible at the moment, but most of my availability would be mornings. Brandy did a great job feeding and running my pups. She even alerted me when Rooney got into something and began limping. I would call her again!
Brandy was able to get back to me right away for a last minute dog walk we needed that day. The pups were happy and worn out when we got back in the afternoon. She was great!
Brandy has a huge heart for animals. She's rescued several, is very protective of them. Brandy has used pet watching services for her animals and knows the importance of finding someone else who loves animals. She'll be a great asset to you.

I will work carefully with your specific pups needs and listen to you and your preferences. For instance, if your dog is leash reactive, please let me know and I'll try to be sure to avoid other people and pets on our walks. :)

Please let me know if your dog has any special temperament needs or "quirks". I'm happy to work with your baby in whatever way they need, as long as I know what to expect. I'm very respectful of a dog's space and usually pretty in tune with their body language, but some dogs have certain signals that may not be the norm. :)
A typical day
If you have any preferences on using certain commands, please let me know what they are so that I can help be a consistent part of their training. :) I know my girl uses the stop start method and the words, "with me". If I'm dropping in to check on your pup, let me know what kinds of toys or games he/she most likes to play, and I'd be happy to give them any treats that you have.

I have a toddler so I have to work around my husbands schedule, but I will have mornings 4 days a week available to walk or check in until my job starts in January.
