Ive had several dogs over the years, most recently rescuing Ruckus from a shelter about a year and a half ago. He loves to run with me, including distances up to 20 miles! We usually run in the woods and have been working on his patience and calming his excitement, as well as getting him to stay when he sees a wild animal, as opposed to chasing after it. I used to foster dogs in Mississippi until I could find them new loving homes(vetted). We would take in dogs and cats that were found abandoned and get to know their personality in order to place them with the best families possible. I have Fostered dogs for a month or two before while their owner was moving and in transition between jobs.
