I have been around and cared for canines for over 25 years, although not in a professional capacity. I have always had dogs growing up (golden retriever, boxer, beagle, German shepherd, cane Corso). I am experienced and well versed in caring for animals!

I have known Brandon his entire life. Brandon grew up in a dog loving family and was always known as the “dog whisper.” Many of his friends and family members have entrusted Brandon to take care of their dogs while going out of town. He loves dogs and they love him! As soon as he had his own place, the first thing Brandon did was get Turtle. Turtle is his beautiful golden retriever, and truly Brandon’s pride and joy. We have 2 dogs of our own a lab ( Jack)and a yorkie (Frances). When Brandon comes to our home, , he always takes special time to visit with the dogs and treats them to a nice long walk. I think our dogs remember the walks because Brandon is by far their favorite house guest. Brandon is an extremely responsible and loving pet caregiver that I would entrust my fur babies with any day of the week and so should you! Just ask our dogs Jack and Frances!!
Having Brandon walk and care for your fur babies while you are gone will take the stress out of leaving them alone! Brandon is kind, compassionate and caring. He will treat your pet like his own and have fun while doing it! Brandon comes from a family of dog owners and lovers and his own dog Turtle is a perfect example of who Brandon is. Brandon will show your dog the same love and attention in your absence. With Brandon giving your dog some extra attention during the time you are away you will never have to worry. I would use Brandon to care for min any day!
Our family has known Brandon since he was a pup. If I wanted someone unfailingly responsible, trustworthy, highly attentive and conscientious to take care of something important for me, I would call him faster that I typed this.. He loves dogs; not just his own We have several dogs in our family and they all love him. Yours will, too.

For me it is important to listen to what the client wants and to ensure that I continue the same routine for the pet. I will not deviate from your instructions. I’m conscientious and adaptable in various environments. Also I’m definitely aware of the heat in south Louisiana, I grew up here!

Please let me know if your dog is aggressive, territorial, or unfriendly around children or other dogs. Please let me know if your dog requires special attention of any kind. I do not (and have never) put a dog on a chain or in a kennel. I will treat your dog the way I treat my own.
A typical day
I generally enjoy walking Turtle in and around my neighborhood. We play fetch too with a tennis ball. I live close to a tennis court so there are plenty of old tennis balls.

Availability
I am currently working part time as I transition out of active duty military service back into civilian life. I will be getting my masters (New Orleans Seminary) in about a year. So for now, I have a very open schedule and am able to accommodate!
