My name is Amber, and I am also a dog sitter on Rover. I recommended Brandon as not only is he a friend, but I know firsthand the type of dog owner he is and just how well he did introducing myself to my husky, who was rescued from being euthanized. Brandon is super patient and understanding, and really did a great job in not trying to make my dog feel uncomfortable. My dog, Skye, is super uncomfortable around men, and I was really surprised just by his ability to understand her concerns and let her get to know him at her pace. I'd say he is a gentle giant, and the amount of love and care he puts into his own dog's care really tells you something about how he'd care for other dogs. He is a dog person through and through, and I'd book him anytime for my pet's needs.
Brandon is such a wonderful dog sitter! I had him help me with housesitting my golden doodle, and he was very responsive. My golden doodle is quite young, and I really needed some professional help. Brandon is calm and understanding when it comes to my dog's needs. It is really hard to walk my dog sometimes just because of the energy she has, but he offered some really great dog advice and has been such an amazing resource for all of my dog needs. I highly recommend for vacations and/or dog walking.

I would like to do a meet and greet of all clients pets before hand to ensure I can ascertain the pets needs and personalities. This ensures our time together will be stress free.
A typical day
I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. First thing in the morning is going outside for bathroom break. We would have a nice walk or a trip to the dog park after breakfast. During the day the dogs get as much play time as they prefer and the weather will allow. Before dinner another walk if able is nice and then we can relax together. Before bedtime we go out again for a bathroom break to end the day.

Currently working only part time as I am also assisting my elderly father through tough health but that leaves my schedule very open for your pets!
