I am living in Columbus for a year, and I own a wonderful pup back home in Minnesota where I also foster dogs. I have been fostering dogs with my wife for the past 3 years. We chose to take on difficult cases (medical, behavioral, anxiety, abuse) as our dog, Mug-Z, is very calm and loving no matter the situation. He was able to comfort the scared and anxious dogs, and show them humans can be their friends and love them. We have had the pleasure to see all of them thrive in enjoyment under our care and to find loving homes. I worked at a dog boarding and day care facility for a couple years where my love of caring for dogs grew. In addition my experience working with dogs of all kinds grew while I was there. I worked with many dogs with different backgrounds and personalities, and I loved all of them. I took the time to know every dog on my floor by name (anywhere from 15 - 30 dogs in a day). In addition I personally dog sit my friends and families pets occasionally when it's needed!
