I really appreciate Brandons responsiveness and flexibility for needing care last minute. It was my mistake for not seeing that he hasn’t had any reviews or recent pictures since last year. I needed someone last minute for Leo, and he was easy to talk to and available. When I confirmed Leo’s stay, Brandon responded that he was going to leave Leo 30 minutes “for an hour”, after we dropped him off. I reiterated, as I have that Leo cannot stay home alone and he offered his roommate who I haven’t met or spoken with at all, to stay with Leo. I spoke to him prior to care about not leaving Leo and it is in his profile in multiple places. After dropping Leo off, I checked his social medias and I see that he teaches a dance class 3x a week for a few hours. I never heard an update after leaving leo that first night. Was left on read for the first night, as all rovers have been really nice in responding and letting me know that Leo is adjusting accordingly to the new environment. The next day I felt so sick I just decided to ask to cancel the rest of the bookings and picked Leo up ASAP. I couldn’t have any piece of mind at work. I wouldn’t pay for Rover unless I needed my dog watched, otherwise I would leave him at home alone, rather than pay someone to leave him at their house too. Seems like Brandon just does this as a side job, as he is really busy doing photography and videography and dance classes. I needed someone more attentive and geared towards my dog. I did receive a few photo updates the next day. I do appreciate the positive things but I just didn’t feel right leaving my dog with Brandon. It just wasn’t a good fit and it was my fault for not screening it better. My dog was so unhappy when he got home, he seemed really sad and didn’t want to interact with us for a while. I have never seen him like this.

Brandon was amazing taking care of Luna! He was always flexible, caring and great at communicating. Will definitely have him watch our little girl again!
