Brandie Stanford is my daughter but she has more care and feelings for animals than anyone I know,she has always been that way even as a small child,when she was growing up we had a lot of different animals,unusual pets,we have has hawks,pigeons,cats, dogs,gerbils,iguanas,pigs,and even a skunk,let me put it this way,if she seen someone step on a bug she would be upset,we would go fishing with friends and we would have quite a few fish,the next thing I knew we had none because someone set them free,Brandie did,I was fishing at the ocean and a flock of seagulls was all over up,that's because Brandie was behind me giving them all my fish bait,if were in a hurry driving down the road and she see what she thinks is an animal hurt or in trouble,you better believe were going to turn around and go back,four or five years ago Brandie's friend was coming over to see Brandie after he got off work about 1am.he told Brandie that he thought a cat was hurt by the road because it was setting over a drain in the street,so she went to see,well there was a cat trapped in the drain and the cat that was setting over it happen to be it's mother,so at 2am. she got me up to go out side and pull the drain cover off to set the cat free,when I seen the cat,it was a black cat and its eyes was solid red,I left the cover off and told Brandie to stay from the cat something was wrong with it,the next thing I knew she had called the sheriff out to help get the cat out,and then Brandie was in a argument with the sheriff,telling the sheriff to be a little more carefull ,not to be so rough with the cat,over all she has a love for all animals that is rare,and animals seem to take a liking to her pretty good as well,everyone I know says that what ever kind of work she ends up doing that it would be ashame if she wasn't working with animals,I know she is my daughter and I should try and build her up but I'm not,she has even had an impact on me with animals,I can't even go fishing and bring fish home because anymore I don't have the heart to clean them,all you would have to do is talk to her and see her with any animal and you will know every thing I has said was true
