Brandi watched and stayed with our dog over thanksgiving. She was supposed to be staying with her alone while her boyfriend and her dog stayed at her apartment. Through Furbo I noticed her boyfriend was staying there more often than she was which was not discussed and only spent the night with our dog 1/2 the time. She routinely left our dog for 12-14 hours without taking her out, and barely acknowledged her existence when they were around. We had to leave our trip to visit my family a day early because we could no longer trust her and the treatment was bordering on animal cruelty. I requested a refund and got it because she realized how terrible a job she did and was caught. Also used a bottom of detergent and broke a glass without mentioning it. We are lucky to have caught it and hope this never happens to anyone else’s dog. As a dog owner herself, you would think she would treat your dog the way she would want hers treated. As a “vet tech” at a zoo, we figured she had a love of animals. We were wrong. If I could give zero stars I would.

Brandi did an awesome job for us. We cannot thank her enough for watching our dog Rosie in our house. When we returned Rosie was in great health and her normal self. Our house was just the way we left it. We will definitely have Brandi watch Rosie again.
