I have over 20 years experience caring for all different types of animals. As a child I grew up on a farm and we bread Rottweilers. In addition to Rotties, we had goats, pigs, chickens, reptiles, cats, bunnies, hampsters, exotic fish just to name a few. To say that I have experience with all types of animals would be an understatement. I love all animals and because of the way that I grew up I am very familiar with all different types of temperaments illnesses sprains bites anything of the sort. I have administered shots to all of our animals oral medications I have even expressed anal glands! Yes, I went there lol! It was my job to care for all of the animals as I was growing up because I was the one who wanted all of them. While I'm not a veterinarian I have experienced many things with animals and know quite a bit about how to care for them including first aid and knowledge of symptoms of multiple ailments. I have owned and cared for dogs ranging in size from 20 lb up to a 150 lb and breeds ranging from Chihuahuas to Newfoundland hounds. I love all animals but I'm partial to dogs. As I stated previously I grew up on a farm there are not many animals out there that I have not cared for. As far as my dog walking services no dog is too large I can assure you. Growing up I had a 150 pound Newfoundland hound that I had to walk and train. I have traveled extensively and used rover.com for my pet care and I'm now in a position where I am staying at home and I would like to offer the same peace of mind to other people. I had a large home but recently downsized to something smaller since I am a single mom of one son but I can assure you they will get all of the love and exercise they can handle and more.I live in a neighborhood with walking trails etc. And I have no problem loading dogs up into my car and taking them to the park or to the river or whatever is on the agenda for the day. I love walking so if your dog is high energy they will get plenty of action. If your dog is lazy and lovable like mine that is perfectly fine as well they can cuddle up with my Maggie moo and snore all day if they want I look forward to caring for and loving on your furry family members while you're away!
