A little about me, I'm a pre-vet student taking a break from college to figure out my future going forward. I was born and raised on a hobby farm in the area. I've had to learn responsibility from a very early age feeding and taking care of the farm animals. I adore working with animals. It's just a blessing to be around them as much as I have. I'm Deaf and I use a Cochlear Implant so I will be able to hear any whines, barks, meows, hisses, growls, or any other sounds. I feel like I have plenty of observations on pet behavior so I can identify how your pet may be feeling. If you have any concerns regarding this, please don't hesitate to reach out! Background on my dog, may she rest in peace- 1/23/24 In early 2020, my chihuahua Bella started coughing severely and then got diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure so she got put on meds for that. Then late fall of 2023, she started having spinal issues (wobbly walking on her back legs) - so went to see a neurologist for a basic workup and then decided on conservative treatment (couldn't afford an MRI) for Bella to try to give her the best quality of life. Unfortunately, she started taking a turn for the worse in January, not using her back legs at all! Had the Vet take a look. Sadly, she passed away not long after the Vet visit at 13 years old. If you have a pet with medical concerns, just know that having gone through the experiences I have had with Bella and her health issues. I wholeheartedly understand what it's like and I will care after your pet as if it were my own!
