Experienced Sitter, New to Rover!
Pet care experience
My husband and I grew up on farms caring for a variety of animals, but dogs have always held a special place with us. We have a wonderful dog who was a rescue, but often dog sit for friends and family (I'm fairly new to Rover). I do work outside the home, but am flexible and can work from home on days as needed; otherwise, I always accept dogs who are house trained and can be alone for ~8 hours during the week (I am home on weekends). Occasionally, I do have a foster dog in the home, but I'll let you know if that's the case ahead of a stay. I want your dog to feel completely at home, from running around in our fenced-in yard to going for walks around the neighborhood, and playing tennis ball in the basement. I look forward to being the "home away from home" for your pup - including all the love and attention you'd give them!

Brandi did a great job giving us updates and pictures over the weekend. Made sure our little guy got plenty of exercise despite the frigid temperatures.
Brandi is a fantastic dog sitter! We were able to bring our puppy (Kona) over to meet Brandi's dog (Lo) prior to leaving Kona with them for a long weekend. Prior to this, Kona had never been without myself or my husband for more than a few hours. However, Brandi, Lo and Kona got along great! Kona, an 8 month old puppy, can be wild at times but Lo was very easy going and tolerated Kona’s puppy behavior with ease. Brandi provided constant updates and photos throughout Kona's stay making it easy for us to see that Kona felt right at home and was well taken care of. Kona felt so at home he even started sleeping on Lo’s bed… Brandi has a great backyard that is fully fenced-in which allowed the dogs to play and run free. I am so glad we found Brandi and will definitely use her dog sitting services again in the future.
I definitely recommend Brandi as a dog-sitter! Our pup has stayed with her numerous times and I never have to worry. She gets tons of exercise when she is there, both on walks and in their fenced back yard, tons of snuggles and we get prompt updates when we ask how she is doing. Brandi is truly a dog-lover and their dog, Lo makes a nice play companion, too!
