Pet care experience
I have always been around animals as I've grown up with many pets--both cats and dogs. Currently, I have a 1-year old Black Lab/Whippet Mix named Ozzie, and an 11-year old Brittany Spaniel/Nova Scotia Duckhound Mix named Sammy, and I love them both with all my heart! I have been dog/cat/house-sitting for friends, family, neighbors, and friends-of-friends since I was 13 years old. I absolutely love spending time with pets and making new furry friends wherever I go. I have my puppy, Ozzie (profile picture), who I got when he was just a couple weeks old, so I am definitely experienced when it comes to puppies. I personally potty-trained him and he and has also taken doggy-training lessons, so I am experienced when it comes to training dogs and puppies! I love dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds, and am able to work with you on any special care necessary for your pets. I can't wait to meet your sweet doggies and kitty cats!

Braeden watched our 3 cats and 1 dog while my family and I went on vacation out of the country for 5 days. I was a nervous wreck about leaving our dog but I knew she would be in good hands. Despite some difficulties with communicating while traveling abroad, I always felt up to date with what was happening at home. Braeden sent updates and pictures often. I can't explain what a relief it is to know that your pets are being well taken care of. When we returned, the house was immaculate. I would recommend Braeden to anyone and everyone, and I have! We will absolutely use her again.
Braeden did a great job taking care of our 2 dogs and cat while we were on a week long vacation. She stayed in touch, with daily updates. She followed our care-giving directions, including medications. She even had to deal with a power outage during bad storms. Our pets were happy and content when we returned, and the house was in good order. We would be happy to have Braeden here again.
Braden is a reliable, communicative, and trustworthy sitter. She texted with updates throughout the day, and responded to my texts promptly. It is such a relief to know your animals are in good hands and that's exactly how I feel with Braeden. I will definitely use her services again.

I am available any day of the week to come dog/cat/house sit. I feed the animals on their personal schedules and take them out to potty whenever it is recommended/needed. I love playing with animals, so they'll get lots of play-time with me! :) I also love snuggles and giving all the belly rubs and ear scratches to my furry friends, so they'll get lots of affection and attention too. I am adaptable to any pet's specific needs. I have lots of experience taking care of animals who need oral medications and pills. I also have experience administering insulin shots for diabetic dogs, so I am capable of learning their needs and taking extra special & personalized care of your sweet fur babies! I also crate-trained my dog, so I can handle crates as well if requested. I am completely open to learning and adapting to whatever you and your pets need!

I love to hear any information about the animals, such as their age, weight, breed, demeanor, energy-level, or what they like to do (play, go on walks, just lounge/hang out), along with their general personality. Any special care or other important information you would like to provide for me is greatly appreciated so I can make sure that I am prepared and equipped to provide the best care possible.
A typical day
I love to build a trusting relationship with the dogs (and cats) I take care of through play-time with their favorite toys, doing activities such as fetch or tug-of-war, or playing whatever your sweet doggy's favorite game is! I also like to stimulate dogs both mentally (through games or training commands) and physically (getting some active outdoor play time in the backyard, or taking them out on a walk at the dog park). I love to give treats and rewards as positive reinforcement of good behavior. Also, since I am in online college, I love to have a furry friend curled up on the couch with me while I work to keep me company! Whatever your dog's age, personality/demeanor, energy-level, size, breed, health, etc. calls for, I am prepared to adapt and accommodate to, so I can ensure that I provide the most personalized and exceptional care for your beloved pets (aka your family members).

Availability
I am currently a senior in college, but I am taking completely online courses, so I am available to pet-sit basically every/any day of the week! I am currently not working anywhere else, so I am available to be with your dogs or cats all day. With the online schooling I don't have to travel anywhere for class, so pet-sitting and staying with your animals while doing school throughout the day is honestly ideal!
