Pet care experience
My step-dad is a vet and I worked with him at the animal hospital from ages 11 to 26. We have a 66lb Berniedoodle (Preemo) and a cat (Guru). We have a big yard to play with dogs outside. It’s not fenced so dogs only go outside when supervised. I also trained aggressive dogs in the mountains of Mexico (Guanajuato) so they could get adopted instead of put down.
Reviews
These folks had our dog for a month, and were wonderful. They sent daily pictures, and our dog was obviously having a great time. Would definitely use them again. They were also willing to extend the stay by two days when our schedule changed. Great people!
Our 2yr old Weimaraner really enjoyed his stay. Brad and Steph were great communicators and sent pics daily. Place was very clean, their dog was very chill. Would highly recommend.
Our dog had a wonderful time! The pictures everyday assured us she was in a safe place. Her smile shows it. Their dog got along well with her and became a new friend.
I can’t even put into words how amazing these people are. They took such great care of my dog. They gave me notifications DAILY and were so quick to comment back. 10/10 recommend. My dog absolutely loves their dog too. Preemo really got my dog out of his shell and we can’t wait to bring him back to See her!

Information Bradley & Stephanlee S. would like to know about your pet
I need to know if there are any issues of aggression with people or dogs. I own a cat but he’ll hide from strange dogs for the first 2 days and then he’ll warm up. My dog and cat are best friends/siblings. They love each other so much. I need permission to take your dog to the park or instructions to keep your dog at our home. Your pet will get plenty of exercise and attention either way.
A typical day
My wife wakes up at 7 or 8am to let the dog use the bathroom and then eat breakfast. When I wake up, the first thing I do is play fetech in the yard and give her exercise while I warm up my throwing arm. Then (if weather permits) I go to 1 or 2 parks with my dog so I can exercise too. Then we go back home and I get ready for work (night shift). I crate my dog for about 2 hours and then my wife gets home from work (day shift) and she spends the rest of the evening with the dog. I get home around 1am to give the dog one last potty break before bedtime and then we start over the next day. It’s a great routine and I love working night shift for this reason and I love that my wife is on the opposite shift. It works out perfectly.

Availability
I work during the day Mon-Fri and my wife mainly works from home so our pets aren’t rarely alone. I prefer to spend all day outside or at the park so dogs will get plenty of exercise.
