I was born on May 5th 2001, Duke, my brother in dog form, was born on December 12th 2001. We spent years roaming woods, going swimming, camping. He was my best friend, saved me from a snake once or twice, he was a pure bred springer spaniel. He was the best dog on the planet. And I know that’s how you see your animals. So I’ll treat them just like I treated him. Honestly, I’m full time, being payed to make sure your animals are cared for and properly loved sounds like heaven, may they be eccentric, shy, loud, quite. They’re all beautiful creatures with their own unique personality I don’t have any pets currently only because my apartment doesn’t allow them, but I recently rescued a pit bull by the Kroger in Warner Robins. His fur was torn, his face was swollen. I stopped on the side of the road and loaded him up and took him home anyways. I took him to the vet the very next day. I gave him plenty of water and fed him soft food. And I let him sleep in my bed. He was so sweet and loving when I took him in, it honestly broke me to give him away. But the owner now still sends me pictures and keeps in contact. He’s fully recovered and is doing amazing
