Brad was fantastic! Murphy had a great time and I never worried. Brad listened to the concerns of a helicopter pet parent and went above and beyond. Murphy was relaxed and happy when I picked him up and I would use Brad again in a heartbeat (he is not available for the next time I need him though, darn!!) and recommend him highly.
