Pet care experience
I have recently moved back to Chicago after a few years in New York City. I am a fully trained vet assistant, worked full time at a zoo, and a dog and cat rescue. I have extensive experience with varying breeds and temperaments. I can provide prompt, safe, and tailored service for all pet owners. I grew up in a house with many different types of dogs, many rescued as mu mother is a veterinarian. I have also completed 2 semesters of vet tech school and am also a graduate of Purdue University in Indiana. This is beyond unacceptable, brad got to my apartment and called me to buzz him in. Yes I missed the call but as soon as I saw the missed call, I texted him and brad never replied. I assumed he got in like the 1st time because sometimes there are people at the door. I never got a reply back from him only to get a notification at 1:55pm (I am in London so we are a few hrs ahead), that brad couldn't get it. I am blown away because the other 2 times he texted me and we communicated about my cat so why couldn't he reply my text to him apologizing that I didn't hear my phone ring. Now my cat has to go 2 whole days(It is Sunday and I won't be back to Chicago until Monday evening) without food or water. Please if you love your pet do not hire him because this is just plain unacceptable. He knew he could text me like the other time but he CLEARLY did not want to or even reply my text asking if he got it. I will NEVER use this guy again. Read reviews before hiring.
Brad was fantastic and went above and beyond. He kept us informed and was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely use him again.
