I used to live with four dogs and would often assist in caring for them, feeding, playing, walking, and extended dogsitting. Two Labradors, a Yorkie, and an older dog was our pack and they had very different personalities and needs. From extra playtime at the dog park with the labs to extra loving for the yorkie and quelling an agitated older dog that gets triggered by aggressive and playful dogs I’ve dealt with my fair share of dog incidents. The older foster we would have in the house would have special needs including medication administration, having extra patience on walks, breaking up unwanted doggy altercations, and needing to warm up to dogs that are nervous. I’m active and I walk dogs regularly so making sure your dogs gets regular exercise isn’t a problem even if they require some running or extra play time. We have a large house with a yard and our own sweet dog Izzy for your furry loved ones to play with. All of my roommates love having dogs in the house and they will give them some extra loving when they are around.
