I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds for many years, both personally, professionally, and as an animal rescue volunteer. I have experience caring for large dogs, puppies, and kittens, as well as senior animals. I grew up on a farm, where I cared for many pets of my own - dogs, cats, horses, chickens, rabbits, pretty much, you name it! I have also volunteered with animal rescues for many years and have fostered cats and dogs of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and needs. I have a life-long love of animals, and I can’t wait to take care of your pet!

It'd be great to know what your dog or cat they likes or dislike (places they prefer to visit on their walks, favorite toys, etc.), and any behavior patterns (jumping, barking). It is always helpful to have a short care sheet for longer or overnight stays, with information on food, medication, litter, etc.
A typical day
I like to make sure your dog is happy and stimulated, physically and mentally. I am right near Prospect Park, where I like to take more energetic dogs for long walks. I also love to help dogs work on their tricks and training, as well as to play with toys and give lots of ear scratches and belly rubs.

Availability
I have a flexible work schedule, so I am available weekends and week nights for overnight care or drop-in or extended visits. I also work from home a few days a week and am available to provide care during the day on those days.
