Dog-loving teacher!

Pet care experience

I am an elementary school teacher, which means I have lots of patience, both for children and your pets! I have grown up with various breeds of dogs, with our own family mutts, and cannot imagine my life without these furry friends. In more recent years I have been caring for the dogs of friends and family, both at my house and at their houses. I am looking to expand my caregiving skills into homes and dogs outside of my family circle. I will be a great sitter for your dog because I also have my own that I care for! I am the tidiest person you could ever welcome into your home, so no need to worry about your place being left a mess- from the dog or the sitter! :)

Bonnie is the most kind and trustworthy person I know. She is a lifelong lover of animals and has watched my family's dogs and house while we went on vacation for over twelve years. She is respectful of house rules, genuinely loves animals, and really pays attention to our dogs needs! - Heather G.

About Bonnie B.

Communication

1 repeat pet parents

Skills

15 years of experience
Oral medication administration
Senior dog experience
Can provide daily exercise

Information Bonnie B. would like to know about your pet

Before I care for a dog, I would like to know a little about their personality, and things that they love as well as things that they do not like. For example, does your dog love belly rubs, or do they growl when someone touches behind their ears?

A typical day

On our walks, we will explore the neighborhood and say hello to friendly passerby! We may also get in some exercise on a short run if your dog enjoys the pace. If your dog is a people-person, we may venture out to a coffee shop or other nearby outdoor area to get in some extra attention.
